just finished mount hima and i've gotta say that this is one of the best games made using RPG Maker that i've played in a while - it has a unique premise, cool pixel-style graphics, fun chemistry between the two main characters and a stellar (jajajajaja) battle system! i especially liked the battle sprites - Mari looks cute as hell in there and Neil is definitely a candidate for the position of best boy. also, the animated enemy sprites look amazing - especially the eagle boss at the top of the mountain, just look at that bandana animation! good job!

my only complaint is that i've encountered a bug before the entrance of mount hima where i wanted to explore a bit and ended up reaching the other end of the mountain to the empty grasslands, but it isn't fatal and doesn't affect the experience all that much!)

all in all, especially for a prototype build, this is very good - the game performs well, has a unique and cool battle system, simple yet cute and engaging storyline with some moral dillemas here and there and also pretty nice soundtrack to go along with everything i've said thus far! you did a good job, Elijah! take care!
