Sonic 1 Chinelin ROM

In January of 2029, a user named "Chinelin" uploaded a romhack for Sonic 1 on sonicretro.org. The file was simply titled "sonic0".
The rom is missing the majority of Sonic 1's game files, causing most levels to crash. Some of the game is also overwritten with sprites and data from Sonic 2.
