This game was super fun! I think my high score was just slightly over 10k but I forgot to take a screenshot. Anyways, I really love the idea it's super creative. The art was perfect for this sort of game and I felt everything about it was exciting and tense. I think something that is overlooked and a great touch is the scrolling that forces you to move. If you had made it so the only lose condition was to be caught then you could really play slow and take your time which I wouldn't have liked as much. The fast pace of running and dodging and in some cases, taking risks really was enjoyable. Excellent job!

Cool idea! That cow running sound is adorable and I love being able to hide in wheat fields while a UFO flies over. The difficulty curve is good, and I like how you have less room to maneuver as the game progresses, which naturally requires you to hide more often and pay more attention to the UFO paths. Very nice work on the huge variety of art and animation. Great job on your game!

UFOs will not see you in the
wheatblock.
Everything else is an
obstacle. You cannot pass through obstacles.
UFOs get trickier to avoid when you progress.

Due to expiration of GMS's HTML5 license, further updates to this game are on a pause for the period of Opera's Game Jam. I'll be shifting all the code to Godot until the results are out.
