just played through the demo and i have to say that it's pretty good!) the game has a lot of potential and some great points already - the interesting world building, extensive options menu, support of full-screen resolution, Eva's brash and fun-to-see-in-action personality that you don't see a lot in RPG games, especially as the main protagonist, and some great customization options that make each run unique!) Edgy_Otaku, you put your heart into the game and it shows, especially in the little details that the demo has)
i'll go over all of the positive things that you should keep/expand upon in future demos and the eventual full release in this paragraph, starting with my favourite feature out of the bunch - the class choosing option!) it's a great and unique gameplay detail - you don't see this kind of customization in modern-day RPG Maker games, if any!) it also adds a lot replayability value to the game - each new run can be started as a different class!) although, i think that adding some details about the classes you choose would be better than just blindly picking the one that sounds the most interesting - you could make this by starting a loop when the class choose begins, detailing it when pressing the option and then asking whether or not the player wants to choose this class - pressing Yes would initiate a loop break and let the players straight into the gameplay!) next, i have to say that Eva is a pretty cool protagonist - her foul-mouthed nature leads me to think that Demi-beasts are this world's equivalent of australians, but, in any case - her observations of interacting with the various objects in her room are a pretty humorous, let us know more about her as a character and give us a sneak peak into the game's lore!) the magic circle that has different and useful incantations is pretty cool and is a great analogue to the all familiar beds that initiate the Recover All command upon interaction!) although, i wish there was an incantation of Removing Poison, since i don't wanna spend any dispel herbs on that puny spell that Lili put on Eva. and, just like with the classes, the ability to choose the armour that Eva gets from the chest is great, but knowing what parameters each has would be good, too... and, finally, the game's icon being Eva's face is very fitting - can't forget that you're playing as her majesty, after all, jajaja!)
with all of that said, there are some problems with the demo that i think should be adressed and/or fixed in the future versions - none of them make the overall experience bad or are game-breaking in nature, but still, getting rid of them would enhance the experience all the more) firstly, there are some text errors/typos in the game's dialogue, i'll list them off here so that you can pick them out and fix 'em: the second line of dialogue in the game, by Eva, ends with "hassel" instead of "hassle"; Eva's line before Lili's "What? Force me?" starts without a capital letter at the beginning, the next line has "interupt" instead of "interrupt"; the Lunge skill says "my" instead of "may", the Pray spell has "diety" instead of "deity", and also lacks a space in "neverbeen"; the S-Skill Rejuvinate... also, on the topic of S-Skills, i think that you should rename them to something like "Special Ability" - white that doesn't roll off the tongue as good as Special Skill does, the acronim used for the current S-Skills just reads like our main character has a stuttering problem/is speaking like those cringey roleplayers that go "S-S-Special?..", jajaja!) or, if you still want to keep the Special Skills name, you could change the acronim to Sp.Skill or Spec.Skill, which would definitely fit better and should be possible with how much free space the skill names have. okay, back to the typos - Eva's weapon is called Raipier both in the name and the description instead of Rapier, and, finally, the letter to prince fancy pants ends with "forgotton" instead of "forgotten".
now on to the actual bugs and problems - firstly, the DbgAtk is still in the game - while people that actually want to experience the fight with Lili won't use it, it's still pretty weird that you forgot to remove it - oh well, it's just a demo thing, after all!) next, having Eva's class be hightlighted in her name instead of, well, class name or nickname, is pretty weird and looks awkward in battle - feels like something that you forgot to change... next, i think that you should change the resource requirement for the Lunge attack from mana to TP, since it's pretty weird when just a quick attack costs mana - although, that could be explained by Eva magically boosting her capabilities for a split-second lunge, but still, if that is the case then you should point that out in the skill's description...
i'll continue in a second comment since gamejolt deems this one too long - bah! oh well, see you in the follow-up comment, Edgy_Otaku.

This is a demo of a large project made in RPG Maker designed to be a long, thought-provoking game exploring serious topics such as oppression, loss of a parent, and the very nature of one's own humanity even when suppressed, all the while keeping your spirits up with our heroine's sarcastic tone and terse vocabulary. Join Eva: a Demi-Beast princess forced to marry an Elven prince to unite the two kingdoms and end embargos and mutual distrust. Though, things get even worse for her when he is kidnapped by a mysterious woman, forcing her on a perilous journey to rescue him, where she quickly realized the world is almost never as it seems.
This demo may not look like much (currently including just the first battle and a prototype of Eva's room), but a lot of blood, sweat, tears, love, and passion went into it. Hope you enjoy! #rpg #adventure #strategy #rpgmaker #rpgmakermz #anime #2d #singleplayer #story
An IMPORTANT DEVLOG is online containing some insight on the good, the bad, and the ugly of this project. Please review it carefully. You can find it on pastebin here: https://pastebin.com/LJBxTBAz
