Burgers, fries, shakes, pizza... flying by at sub-gastronomical speeds! You and Mighty Mouth have to catch'em all if you can. The higher the calorie count, the better your score will be. The more calories you consume, the faster the food flies! But watch out for the purple pickles! Catch too many and your binge is over!
Our successful homebrew release of Fast Food 64 for the Atari Jaguar inspired us to create a version of the game that would reach a larger audience and at the same time expand on what we created for the Atari Jaguar console. We found that players wanted more modes and better graphics. This PC version has 2X the graphics resolution of the Jaguar versions and has faithfully recreated all of the modes from the Jaguar version plus 1 additional game mode exclusive to this version, 100% Pure Beef VR mode.
There are six game modes to choose from.
ALL YOU CAN EAT MODE - A modern style version of the old 2600bl game with updated graphics and psychedelic special effects.
EATING CONTEST - 2 Player action! Both players go head to head to see who can be the fattest!
100% PURE BEEF MODE - In this mode you must avoid the veggies! You are only allowed to eat burgers and as you progress the starfield will rapidly speed up causing a serious adrenalin rush!
2600 MODE- Although not a 100% accurate recreation of the old VCS game, this mode delivers the same graphics and sounds as the old game but the speed and parallax effects of this version! If it's nostalgia you are craving with a side of new challenge, this mode is for you!
FACE STUFFER MODE (VR MODE) - This mode has been completely overhauled for the PC edition. Unlike the previous Jaguar version, this version uses a true 3D engine that provides a surreal experience of catching food in your mouth from a first person perspective. If you have a VR headset you can use it with this mode and it will enhance the experience even further, but it isn't required. Be warned, once you hit the 1000 point mark, the food will start to travel at warp speed! If you get dizzy easy this mode may not be for you!
ALL NEW 100% PURE BEEF VR MODE- Everything you loved about pure beef mode has returned in the new and enhanced VR mode style specific to this version. Eat all the burgers but avoid veggies at all costs!
Controls are simple:
ARROW KEYS- Moves player 1 around
ENTER KEY - Returns to the main menu from any mode
F4 KEY - ENTER/EXIT FULLSCREEN
SPACEBAR - CONTINUE
ESC KEY - Ends the game and exits to Windows
W,A,S,D moves player 2
At main menu use the 1-6 keys to select the different game modes
