i'm just gonna say it again- MAKE SURE YOU ARE ON THE NEWEST BUILD. i've noticed gamejolt will say "1.1.3" but in game it will say "1.1.1" or "1.1.2" for some odd reason, if it does this redownload.

there are about 7 different checks to make sure the halloween characters unlock lol. make sure it says version 1.1.3 on the title screen before commenting.

if this doesn't work I legitimately give up.
