Five Nights at Freddy's 2.5 (Fangame)

I tried to stream this game last night and had to cancel it because even with a GTX 1050 the game never stopped loading, when I went to play ''casually'' later, without being on a live stream, it finally opened, and then I saw that it was pulling 10GB of my RAM

Haven't even downloaded this game yet though I heard of it. This is kinda more a very first impression which I'll update as I play more of this game.

First impression (pre-download):

Ngl, the animatronics look cool, though the graphics kinda downplay the atmosphere (and look bland). One of the reasons I put off downloading this game until now was when I briefly saw a let's play which convinced me to download it in less than 20 seconds (say it's weird all u want). Not saying that you need ultra 4k 1080p graphics in order to make a good game, but having decent walls, textures etc to make the place a little less bland could make the game more attractive to first timers like me. Not to mention I don't like how the doors look if their usable.

After the 1st night I'll update my first impressions. wish me luck!

Night 1 (and game menu first impressions):

I really like how well you've done the menu. Putting the withered toys (like Chica) as the first thing you see combined with a blurred background really gives a deep vibe about this game which is cool! Props to you for making such a great menu!

When loading into the game, you'll you'll be tasked with retrieving a few old relics (wont say what they are cuz spoilers (; ) from someplace. This part of the game I enjoy most as the textures, & background makes sense. It also gives me an old pre-2015 GMod styled feel with how it feels. Overall a great introduction & a great start to your first night. Well done on landing the usages of the background right!

For my first night, it mostly went smoothly. I only died once to bonnie because something else distracted me while it was trying to get in from somewhere (good play btw). The mechanics work really well and are a great introduction to how the pacing of the game works. They also do tie in to what you pick so the experience might be different for everyone. I happened to pick 2 basic characters, and a flashlight character.

I completed the first night on my second attempt without anymore interruption, although I think bonnie kept moving way too fast on the cameras on that attempt, but he's consistently stopped enough by the defence when he can be countered by it! Overall a great game and potentially a great experience which I can easily recommend to other players looking for a FNaF 2 theme styled game (IF you don't mind the crappy office graphics, of-course!)

Don't take my word for it, play it now! (10/10)
