HIGHROT TULPA is a hallucinogenic top-down shooter where twitch reflexes collide with biological horror. It is a descent into a crumbling digital psyche, blending the lethal precision of arcades with the tactical depth of a rogue-lite build creator.
You are a surgical tool in a crumbling system. Your mission: prune the Atavisms — manifestations of artificial memories that refuse to be forgotten inside The Sphere.
Key Features:
Visceral Glitch Aesthetic: Navigate a stark, high-contrast world where pixel-art gameplay clashes with hyper-realistic anatomy. The deeper you go, the more the simulation breaks.
Surgical Arsenals: Wield "Cleaning Devices" ranging from the high-output Bilestreamer to the brutal Trepanation Lance. Every shot increases your Heat; every kill makes you closer.
Manifest Active Wills:
Bend the rules of the Enactment with reality-distorting abilities. These are not simple stat boosts; they fundamentally change how you navigate the chaos.Corrosion: Vomit a wave of digital enzymes to digest the maze's architecture, opening new paths through the level itself.
Glance: Sever the flow of time, completely stopping the simulation to line up the perfect shot or escape a fatal error.
Endure Chronic Traces:
Your Highbody remembers every trauma. Accumulate passive mutations that rewrite your combat logic.Shrapnel God: The environment bleeds when broken. Every wall you destroy becomes a weapon, spraying lethal debris at your enemies.
Endogrip: Give up control to the machine. A phantom limb grows within your weapon, triggering shots automatically with inhuman reaction speeds.
Broken Synergies:
The code is meant to be broken. Combine Active Wills and Chronic Traces to create game-breaking loops. Use Corrosion to melt walls, triggering Shrapnel God to clear the room without firing a single bullet.
