Holiday Resort Constellations is a game made for #GPCv17 (Game Prototype Challenge v17) by Henri Niva(hegemege).
In HRC your goal is to connect people and their goals with a bridge network going through the island group. You can build bridges of various materials, making them stronger since the unwary people damage them! Don't let them wait for too long, or you'll lose a portion of their value, heading to bankruptcy! Can you connect all the islands within the given time, while finishing other goals? Can you create the Constellation?
Game controls: Cursor keys, return/enter and space for menus. Mouse for the game itself.

This game was created in Python, freshened with some pygame and some of my own spices. Graphics were done mostly by me with GraphicsGale, except I got some assistance with the ocean background by a friend, Brandon Powers. The ingame font is GNU-licensed, menu fonts are prerendered. Soundtracks were generated with the autotuner python script. The game executable is compiled with a pygame2exe script, found with the source at GPC's website, archives section.
