What would happen if sharks were like men? They would build schools, hospitals and armies. Civilization would reach the ocean!

In this game, you play as a shark trying to build and sustain your empire.

Grow by consuming fish.

Recruit workers, soldiers, and big fish.

Construct boxes, schools, hospitals, and churches.

Balance hunger, obedience, and happiness. Or face collapse.

Can you maintain your civilization under the sea, or will it devour itself?
