I solved the problem but now there is another one, it does not accept the Delta patcher...
I have a problem when downloading it and the antivirus doesn't let me. What's happening?

Bits and Pieces was developed by Team BNP and a CERTAIN person, whose actions I do not support AT ALL.
After the news, Team BNP decided to lay down the project, without finishing it. I do not aim to support the certain person's actions by continuing it, I simply wish to bring everybody who's dreams for the new update were shattered when you tried to play it and you saw that at a point, you could do nothing.
SO, without further ado, I present Repair and Rebirth! This will mean me trying to understand the application that IS Undertale Mod Tool, and making NEW content based off of our community today, like Martlet from BNP, does literally nothing based off of UT Yellow.
