Overpulse is a 3/4 top down shooter that is under development by my friend and I. The concept of the game is survival within a post apocalyptic world. The game will contain multiple game modes, the current ones on track to be added being Story Mode (campaign), Slayer Mode (arena wave-based bullet hell) and Survival (something along the lines of a battle royale/ PvP, this has yet to be determined).
Gameplay and art style have taken inspiration from games such as Enter the Gungeon and Binding of Issac, so expect that when the game will be released for download. Currently we are on Beta v0.2, with very basic rudimentary movement and shooting mechanics, as well as 2 enemies with path finding algorithms.
The current control scheme is very simple, which is as follows (will be updated as development continues; feel free to suggest ideas!)
WASD- Move
Mouse 1- Shoot
