Back in 2012, this game was released on the YoYoGames Sandbox, and MrRasdell featured it. Since then, it's gotten 2453 plays on the site, given ratings along the lines of 4.5/5 stars, and has been played by people outside of America.
...technically, it's the third game in the Shiro Ninja series, but it's good enough to stand on its own.
