Sempai no Namida is a dungeon game and tongue-in-cheek video game that began development on March 17, 2025, inspired by the frenzy and chaos of ULTRAKILL along with the aesthetics and environments of Pizza Tower/Wario Land 4. Its humor parody of otaku culture and its fetishes.

The game's synopsis tells the tale of Shisiki, an AI who is in love with [][][][][][] and, upon realizing that [][][][][][] from within, seeks to destroy [][][][][][] from within, defeating her fears, hobbies, dreams, and, in general, every layer of her mind.
