Windows 10 64bit, and game doesn't work... i click and nothing starts...
Currently I haven't played the game and I shouldn't really judge a book by its cover. But this time I just have to.
This game looks like an 2d platformer with 16-bit graphics. And if I read the overview correct it got some pretty god damn fine RPG elements to it. This game is absolutely the best game on Game Jolt, by the looks of it!
I will give you more of my thoughts of the game when I've actually played it.

I uploaded another version(ClickOnce) of the game. I hope it would be working better for you. Maybe it's useless to say, but make sure you run the setup.exe and install the prerequisites.
