Sonic Phantom Revenge is a boost-formula fangame taking place after Forces. It will include enemies, abilites, and characters from many of the Sonic games. The engine being used for this fangame is Dash Engine (made by GalaxySoftware), which is made in Unreal Engine 4.

Added snow particles to Cool Edge. Still needs some work and optimization, but it's gettin there.
