ULTRALEAK [APRIL FOOLS]

[This parody game was made for 2025 April Fools. It's not an actual leak]

ULTRALEAK is a compiled build of ULTRAKILL's testing branch released for internal testing around early-2022 and leaked in early February of 2025.

This testing build was made to test out new mechanics, levels and enemies before committing to adding them to the main branch, as such features a lot of cut content, including entire levels and boss fights that were never added to the main game.

Some of the features are:

• Early versions of both Gabriel fights

• Early versions of levels from various layers

• Completely unused levels restored to the best of our ability

• An early version of GREED ENCORE

• Restored unused voice lines

Unfortunately, the build we had to work with was compiled with few levels of copy and tampering protection, which means that some of the functionality got broken/corrupted in the process of being converted back into an editable project. As such, the game is missing some features like sliding/ground pounding (something about how game calculated physics for that causes it to break and completely disable player's gravity until the game is restarted) and style meter/end screen (displaying player's style points has a tendency to crash the game). The proprietary plugin used for HUD could not be decompiled and as such the entire HUD had to be re-made

Nevertheless, we worked hard on reconstructing this version of the game to allow people to experience the never before seen content and we hope you enjoy! #action #shooter
