I hope you won't give up doing this, it would be very interesting to play this mod (especially because of talking Niko, the feature Onetale doesn't have)
Niko actually speaking has me excited, hopefully it'll be what i hoped Onetale was going to be
I just finished my pacifist route with 20.1 hours of playtime, actual PEAK.
Most of that time was spent interacting with EVERYTHING at LEAST twice (usually more) and Niko would say something like 85% of the time! (I was legit flabbergasted when Niko reacted to the random shadow dude in Hotland)
I also loved how in character Niko and everyone else was and the bonds they formed with each other!
...and by the end of it I was sitting there crying my eyes out for like 30+ minutes...(I'm still sad)
In my opinion, this was genuinely the BEST way to experience Undertale again while also going on another adventure with Niko!

I'm not gonna do the other route... I mean you KNOW what they say about curiosity and the cat...

A mod which completely erases Frisk and switches them out with Niko. Takes place right after the solstice run of Oneshot.
After the events of Oneshot's Solstice run, Niko looks forward to hugging their mama again, and getting pancakes(and maybe also expects a scolding for being gone for so long). They say their goodbyes to the player in an emotional moment, and pass through the portal back home, expecting to be back at the wheat fields soon...
...and then they find themselves falling down a several hundred feet deep crater elsewhere in player's machine. Boy, this was just not their day...
