changes to both modes: now on 60 fps, shocks and doors dont stall each other.

60 fps changes marionette's winding speed, and everyone's kill timers are more accurate.

Hard mode will not be made, it is probably the worst thing I have ever created. I'm gonna do other games now and just leave it at the hardest being hyper. I like hyper anyways :]
