Competitive-based FPS game where you have to eliminate the entirety of the enemy team OR complete the objectives

5 versus 5 players (Terrorists vs Counter-Terrorists)
Customize and buy full load outs with economy. Buy attachments, guns, grenades, armor, and utilities each round.
Two modes, RANKED and CASUAL. Each mode has its own properties ->
RANKED matches match you with other players who are around your skill level, you can't leave unless you want a temporary cool down to restrict you from playing ranked again. First to 12, can tie if both teams get 11 score.
CASUAL matches are random players, you may leave without punishments however you won't get your XP if you leave early. In this game mode, it's first to 20.
There will also be a training mode, in which you can test out all weapons and attachments along with practice your aim. This will most likely come first when I start putting out builds.
Q&A
This seems SO ambitious. How are you expecting to make this?
I'm going to be completely honest. This project probably will never make it out of the gate. It's just an idea, a small project so I have something to work on in my free time when I'm bored. #fps
What makes this game different from something like Counter Strike or Rainbow Six Siege?
I feel like it combines elements from both of those games and puts them together, at least my concept does. If this game ever makes it anywhere it'll probably be much different from this original concept.
