0.7 progress : better trees + volumetric fog

I improved the trees. There's still one single 3D model displayed, as before, but it is a lot more detailed, in a different visual style and design. It's pretty expensive to draw, so I also spent some time optimizing somewhat to reach 60fps on my GTX 1080.

I also added volumetric fog, it adds to the mood, and is perfect for such lush vegetation.
