0.8.5 Playable Build has been RELEASED


Please note: THIS IS NOT THE FULL DEMO.

It is most of the demo, but I wanted to release what I've done so far so I can get opinions and feedback.
The demo does not have an official ending yet. I look forward to people's opinions and criticism.

By the way: DO NOT tell me how the game should continue, end, or be. I will take suggestions, criticism, and opinions.
But outright telling me that THIS should be like THAT?

Please don't do that.

Once you play the game and look more into it, you will discover the real reason the game and so dark, and what it is based on. Until then, please don't try to change how the game is.

I haven't made the sprites yet so just enjoy Kris and Susie being in yet another place that physically and virtually should be impossible for two weird and edgy teenagers to reach.

UI SPRITES HAVE BEEN COMPLETED AND UPDATED.

I didn't like the previous ones. Although they WERE unique, they were all too abstract and different. These match a bit more, while giving off a bit of different energy from one another.

I'm aware that I have not posted anything here for a while. I got caught up in some things in my personal life, but that's unimportant.

As an apology, here is a peak at the ending cutscene for the first release. Read below for more details about release.

After learning some new spriting techniques, I remade the attacking animation.

I'm completely revamping Kris LW Battle sprites with my own ideas/flair. I'll be updating this GIF as I finish more and more sprites. So far, it has the IDLE, FIGHT, and DEFEND animations. (See the highlighted button to know which one)
