A bit of an insight into what I'm working on.

It's an anomaly detection game inspired by The Exit 8.


The goal is to find and identify anomalies or differences in the environment to progress towards the exit.

Anomalies can range from Obvious ones like Flooding (as shown above) to Subtle changes like an object's displacement

AI Patrolling

Using dynamic navigation

This is a must if you're making a large map or using level streaming

Converted all vehicles to be rear wheel drive

Now they accelerate much quicker

Also made some AI Vehicles to be faster than the player

Stole Made a simple map system

For now I'm using kenny's icon pack but I'll be making my own soon

MAN this Ai is super needy

It didn't know what to do in certain situations where the pathing system says there's nothing in the way but the braking system says it does

so I had to implement this workaround using Nav Modifiers
