added 10 (very basic) modificators
rebuilt level
added damage text display
optimized physics (better colliders, tweaked physics properties)
fixed keyboard crouch button assignment bug
added support for more aspect ratios (5:4,4:3)
fixed UI scaling

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.
In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)
