After reading feedback on the Graphic Style, I did some tweaks to be less harsh for eyes + Rework of camera feedback when shooting!

Implemented animation system, the character has now full motion animation when moving, and moves its feet when aiming on place!

This is a general #UnrealEngine tool, not specifically for the Mega Man project. It can copy the data from ANY Blueprint or C++ UPROPERTY variable, and copy it back to any compatible variable. Could lead to making Save States for Rollback Netcode.
