All cylinders go! Grand Prix'l goes live!


Finally got a release version of Grand Prix’l, my 32x32 pixel game for #lowrezjam 2014. Download and add your own custom tracks or Quick Play for (almost) immediate fun. Windows only for now.

Like I recommend, if you wanna play this with more than two players, you might want to stick in a joypad or two, and use some mapping software like joy2key for instance.

Would have loved to add highscore tables, leaderboards, and achievements but, in many ways, it was overscoped as it is already. From a certain perspective, getting it out there is an achievement in an of itself.

Hope to add many more custom tracks for download and hope to get people on board to create some to. It’s easy as erasing a track in an image! Will hopefully sooncreate a thread in the forums to house this but for now, feel free to post something fun as a link in the comments.

Let me introduce you to the new Mech line: Gendai Spec. Those are Mech that specializes in surprise attacks, covered operations, and stealth. They are equipped with melee weapons but one of Gendai's frames supports sniper rifles.
