Alpha 2.2 (changelog)


Changes

  • Enabled oversampling for text (no longer pixelated)

  • Removed all relations to "IronStudios"

  • Made it possible to save without quitting

  • Improved options menu design

    • Headers are now a lime-ish green

    • Decreased distance between options

    • "Clear Data" Now displays a countdown

  • (hotfix) The save is now under "homegrown_alpha" instead of "home_grown" now that I'm bringing MAJOR changes to the save system.

Patches

  • Fixed objects clipping into hoed land

  • Leg decay state not displaying

  • Fixed a bug where saving the game on the Jam Edition and starting the Alpha version would crash the game

  • Minor optimizations

  • (hotfix) Fixed the scrolling in menus so it doesn't scroll slower or faster depending on the framerate


Note

I will start working on Alpha 3 soon which will improve on several mechanics (including/mainly farming, combat, and tutorials), I'll try to post a devlog soon when I have some new art and can share some more ideas.

One more thing, to all Mac users, I'm planning on making the game available on Mac by the next update, I can't guarantee it but I will try.
