Sorry to keep this one so short, ya'll! My plan was to visit my partner later this year, but ended up having to move it earlier on short notice. A lot of the last few weeks have been me preparing for the trip as well as adding new team members -but that isn't to say some progress hasn't been made.

As the picture says, we've been doing an overhaul of the menus and the save system. The inventory system is lookin snazzy and cool! It's working -but we've decided we needed to make a new save system to better accommodate the game's needs. The new menus should be (assuming things go as planned) be finished by next devlog, which is where I'll show off our progress. Major thank you to Lasers for working with me on this.

Outside of coding, I've added a good amount of storytellers and a couple of translators. Thank you to all those who've applied or spread the word! Having more storytellers to help with the story will go a long way and having more translators will be a major service.

Right now my main task is getting the storytellers on board with the story as well as fleshing out the demo's script. This requires some rewrites and adjustments. Our main goal is to get a fully playable demo as soon as possible. The current plan is to have the game's demo finished before getting polished and translated by December.
