I added 2 new Heavy Weapons.

Lightning Strike which branches to nearby enemies and a continuous laser stream.

There might be some effect issues that I will surely fix 😁

Its design is based on parrots.

I also added the hyper amplifier, which inflicts critical hits on combos

Bullets and their behavior may change in the future.

SkyWings faction, Special operations.

Makes the Penguin's bullets slow down enemy fire rates.
