Bad "parry" mechanic

So basically it works as a temporal shield that destroys or bounces (as you vote for) any projectile. has number of uses depending on the weapon and can make a circular slash at cost of all uses available.

About the "Artstyle" it's not really one but I want it to look like this, essentially 2D shenanigans in 3D backgrounds (reference game: Pkmn B&W2)
