For that I use "MyData"... The name just popped up by lack of anything better, and it stuck ever since, I'm afraid.
MyData allowed me to do many things. Items, world map locations, achievements, MyData made it all possible for me to quickly work out. As MyData can export it all into Lua and NIL, and in my current (unreleased version) also Neil, tons of script I would otherwise have to write manually are now simply generated with ease. A feature I did build into MyData that I never use myself (as I hate that format, as anyone should) is the possibility to output to XML. More useful is maybe the fact it also exports to JSON and Python if you configure it for that.
MyData was a blessing for me, and it saved me tons of work.
Speaking of work, I am polishing the game up now... I still encounter some bugs, but most of them are trivial and easy to fix. I don't think I can do the first public release before 2021, but things are going pretty fast here so somewhere near the end of January or otherwise somewhere in February is becoming realistic now, but not a promise yet.
