Oopsies I did a few things poorly!

• Added controls for Baby's and Phantom Puppet's minigames (In the Mechanics menu)

• Fixed a bug that stopped cupcakes from spawning when leaving and re-entering Chica's minigame

• Phantom Balloon Boy has a longer killtimer

• Phantom Foxy fades in quicker and fades out slower
