Dev update: Drawdown

So, unfortunately for my gamedev projects, I’ve now got a 40+ hour a week nightshift job and it’s eating all but 4 hours of my time a day (except for the 2 random days I’m off a week.)

This means the update frequency for SRZ is probably going to drop heavily. Most of my energy is going toward doing my work well as it’s rather demanding stuff for me. However I’m still comitted to getting this game out and complete, it’s jsut that my time to do so has shrank.

OKAY ENOUGH OF THIS GARBAGE FUTURE TIME!

Right now I’m working on refinement and stabilization of the game, mostly trying to tackle the problem of the initial difficulty cliff that the majority of people I’ve talked to while they’ve played have had. I certainly can’t get too much feedback on that sort of thing.

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
