Small little update but big enough to change the version number.

The "Mechanics" menu should be a little better now. I added a "How to Play" and "Controls" option so new players understand what to do.

I also changed Phantom Puppet's mechanic page where now you can pick a minigame and see the main goal of the minigame.

Oh, and some minor changes to some mechanic explanations to make some more sense.
