Vagri! We released a bunch of fixes for the last update (Expedition Part 3) yesterday, and now we are following up with the list of changes. There is a fair amount of stuff here, many of which were quite nasty, or at the very least, persistent, so we’re glad to have hunted them down. We hope this batch will make the experience much better.
Expedition Final Touches
With the previous update, only one, final (epic?) part remains from the Expedition storyline. Expect it in the upcoming month, though we can’t exactly say when – we’d like to do this material justice and test it extensively, since stakes are high at the end of such a lengthy storyline. It was our hope to conclude what was initially a stray idea during the initial development of the expansion, but which ended up becoming its core story, perhaps. Anyway, enjoy what’s already out, and expect its conclusion to be the next major update.
New Russian Language Pack
For those interested, there is a new Russian language pack over at mod.io, which is fresher and more extensive than the previous ones, so you might want to switch over to it. A huge thanks to Fesir for working on it as a volunteer!

With all that out of the way, let’s move on to the patch notes for a detailed inventory of fixes this time around:
Fixed the issue that caused certain choices in Events to softlock the game after Captain Thabran’s fate is decided after the foray into Dum Vurdanthos.
Fixed an issue that caused an Event softlock after concluding the foray into Dum Norrkul.
Fixed an issue that caused the path to disappear before Dum Norrkul.
Fixed the issue that caused the Helminth enemy to act weird (well, not act at all, really).
Fixed the Helminth enemy’s static idle size.
The Fulg Rune now provides the +1 Action per Round in Companion Combat it advertises.
The effects of the Dwarven Compass and the Dwarven Sextant do not stack, as originally intended.
Fixed an issue that caused some location art in Events to appear “noisy”.
Fixed an issue that caused some banners to appear blank in language settings other than English.
Fixed an issue that prevented Events from triggering during the tutorial segment of ‘Pilgrims of the Wasteland’.
Removed the Korean AI-based translation from the “supported” category. Reason: We have worked with some volunteers to improve the base AI translation, but considering the negative feedback on the results, we had no choice but to pull it. It’s still available for those who have it, but we would like to avoid unnecessary disappointment in general.
No doubt, there are more fixes in the near future, but hopefully the largest issues have been ironed out by now. Thank you, stay tuned, and conquer the wasteland!
