Devday 14: When do you know a game is ready to ship? Picture the Titanic. Great ship. Then, do the opposite of what that did, and you should be good. #Devruary uwu

I have to figure out how im going to share my dev progress here. I'm thinking maybe posts with early game footage, currently working on movement mechanics #Devruary
I had to like, unlearn how to draw fluently. The crooked lines is a charming look though. #OFF #UNDERTALE ...this will probably be my last OFF post.
What scares me most about releasing a game? Probably the fear of nobody enjoying it. Cliche I know, but I feel like it would be a shame for all that progress to go unplayed, even if it was a small platformer game. #Devruary
Its ma D&D character, I've never tried this style of art before, and yet, i'm realllly happy with how it came out. :D (Kobold boyo)
'So what have you been up to?'
I been busy, slow and steady stuff. But check it! :
This is the first footage recorded for my game, almost done getting movement down. Then? Portals.
'HotnCold' I tried just using random brushes with random colors. then i put steak on pizza. Yep.
Also, how to avoid burnout? Play cool games.
...
Seriously though, taking a step back to play other works gets my creative juices flowing again.
'Time' - I believe this is what they call 'vent art'
Time management has never been easy. Always feels like I should be doing something. Makes it hard even to sit around doing nothing. Lately I've been leaving my phone next to the charger; it helps.
My favorite mechanic is going to be the fight mechanic. I'm going to try to do movement via ASWD but your attack is using the mouse to slash with your sword via cursor tracking. In addition there will be combos you can do with the mouse. #Devruary
