Happy 2nd anniversary, Grid Swarm!

And to celebrate, I'm running a fanart free-for-all event in my Discord server: https://discord.gg/bKUpb8cE?event=1058260575022481438

I know nobody is even bothered to take a look at this game anymore after I neglected it for other projects, but you have to know that I care about all of the games I made, I simply have no idea nor time to innovate what, in my opinion is already "perfect".

But, any games, including mine, deserve some love, so why not embrace your love on Grid Swarm with this event?

(Notification banner is still WIP)

Once you release a Dropple, the game will notify you who you're saving

Yeah, simple as that

Guess which feature made its return from the first game?

That's right, hidden secret areas! But unlike Smitty 1, they are not on plain sight this time

Continuing from the last post, dialogs can now be triggered automatically on player contact and can even switch points of view to go along with certain dialog

Today marks the 3rd year for Grid Swarm! And to celebrate it, the game just got updated to version 1.1.0 with these changes:

- Sound balancing - New page background - Faster character movement

There won't be downloadable builds, though. Sorry.

Shockwaves have returned from the first game!

But this time, they will be beneficial against stronger enemies or packs of weaker ones

Ah dangit, I forgot to update about the returning puzzle buttons from the first game here

Here's a compilation of the videos I forgot to share about it, enjoy :D

Ah drats, forgot to post the updated moving platform video here

Grid Swarm, an arcade vertical shooter where you can only shoot vertically and move in all 4 directions... is finally here!

Apologies for the lack of devlog updates since August, took some time for the SAGE demo and some breaks.

Anyway, have some moving platforms!
