Turned out that a new Windows 10 update broke fullscreen. If you were experiencing a black screen in fullscreen on a Windows 10 machine, this issue should now have been resolved.
Changelog:
Fixed an issue where going fullscreen would lead to a black screen
Slightly altered minimum and maximum difference in tile brightness
