V0.8.78 - Mission 4 Complete! + Bugfixes & Nerfed flames

In this update (v0.8.78) Mission 4: Operation Hourglass is finally complete, start to finish, and ready for vigorous playtesting! I am therefore encouraging a new wave of playtesters to join!

Rushaug: Feline Warfare is participating in the Games of Norway-event on Steam next week! I'm finalizing the update that will include five new languages and an overhaul to input device functionality, enabling flexible compatibility across all controllers!
