Hey all! Work continues on the 0.3.0 update, we've made some progress since the last update (mostly related to textures). Unfortunately progress has been slower than I'd like with several issues popping up related to the gravity system and texturing slowing to a crawl. Depending on how the next two weeks go I might have to consider postponing the 0.3.0 release date or maybe walking back the new textures. Honestly, at this point I'll have to see how things go but its been harder and harder to dedicate time my projects since I started college.
My main focus for 0.3.0 is to prep for 0.4.0 with will undoubtedly take a long time. That fact is why i wanted to upgrade the textures significantly as if i started today 0.4.0 likely wouldn't come out until late fall or even winter. So I suppose that brings me to my question should I:
A. Work on the textures to give abetter visual experience while 0.4.0 is developed over the next year or so.
Or:
B. Walkback the textures to a smaller scale and push the critical parts of 0.3.0 out the door as to hopefully allow for a late summer/early fall release of 0.4.0
