I'm adding new stuff to build I decided to split the Build Menu into more parts e.g Lighting is it's own page.

That means I must update all the code that gets how refunds are done to. I made a couple scripts that can do them all. Now I just update those!

Added a Note System to Save Files to help remind you of what you were doing last time you played. I need to increase the length and work on the UI, but the system works!
