IDEAS FOR THE AI:


  1. I had an idea of adding mic input so the neighbor could hear you when you talk. Not an original idea but as far as I know, it's new to HN.

  2. The neighbor will be able to hear footsteps if you run, encouraging a more stealth gameplay style and punishing you if you rush.

  3. There will be multiple ways to get in and out of the house. Some more punishing than others. If a door has a paint can above it, the player will be stunned. Imagine this as a mix of the beartrap and a tomato. It will blur your vision, temporarily slow you, and cause you to leave footprints so the neighbor can find you easier.

    These are just suggestions, let me know what you think.

Realistic eyes on these models actually look kind of eerie.

Currently working on the custom skeleton I was talking about a while ago so I can use the same skeleton between the two characters. It'll also make it easier for me to make proper IK through Control Rig.

Futura Bold, the original font for "Hello, Neighbor!", is under copyright; meaning the only way to get it is by purchasing a license. Instead, I will be using a alternative. Tell me what you think. Another thing, should I use the European spelling?
