Last night I decided to work on enemy AI within a small arena, as I had no way of effectively testing out the combat and seeing it used against me. Even though the outcome was quick and dirty, I found it very fun to play with.
I have it set up so enemies can be part of different ‘factions’ and can target each other, and also dynamically react when their health/stamina is low.

I’ll talk about statistics and skills at a later date, but for now I’m going to try and flesh out the AI even more, finalising the skills, and also work on better attack frames. This is turning into more of a brawler game than I thought it would! I don’t mind, this is getting fun to test…!
Oh, and multiple controllers work! Had a battle with my brother and totally kicked his butt… for now.
