Here are the official rules: 

REQUIRED:

1. A full 2D drawing of your eeveelution creation. This can be drawn using whichever non-AI drawing software you choose.  Pencil/Pen/Color drawings are acceptabley. NO AI DRAWINGS!!!

2. A standing pixel sprite of your eeveelution creation. This will be used as a base for me to make its animations.

3. The pokémon type, it’s name and species name(ex: _____eon, The _____ pokémon), and its evolution method. Try to be creative with the evolution method. It must be ONLY steel type. NO DUAL TYPING! (ex: steel/poison.)

4. Your name/username, you should be the original creator of the art. People are sensitive about plagiarism! (I would prefer your real name so I can give proper credit in the credits, but if you want to keep your real name private, your username will be acceptable.)

OPTIONAL:

1. A pokédex entry. Describe it like it would actually exist in a Pokémon game. (Get creative!)

2. Other sprites besides the idle one. (Running, Jumping, or Attacking sprites)

3. It’s height and weight. (Must be around the same height and weight as the official eeveelutions.)
