In this dungeon crawler you play Barbara Ian, a mystical bad ass with only one hit point. This means that once you get hit, the game restarts. Trust me you will get hit. Enemies also only have one hit point, however there is only one of you and many of them.

Barbara Ian is in search of the mysterious Dungeon Master, who lurks deep inside the dungeon. You must guide her around while avoiding the randomly generated monsters and traps to get deeper into the level. You are able to destroy basically everything in these dungeons from lights to tombs, they all come apart in a satisfying spill of objects. Things like barrels might explode shortly after being hit. Chests can be smacked open to give you new weapons. Barbara Ian starts off with a long sword, but you can find bows, axes and other swords hidden in these chests. She can also roll along the ground to be invincible for a short amount of time, as well as go faster to avoid enemies.

There are several enemies that you can run into in these dungeons; common small goblins, giants with axes, and gelatinous cubes of death. Levels and monsters are procedurally generated in this game, so no two levels are alike.

I was introduced to this game at Rezzed where Kristian Andrews, one of the developers, was dressed as a life sized Barbara-Ian! Sam and Kristian did not have a stand at the convention, but instead were a traveling gypsy game, with their own laptop and controller to test the game on. The creators are planning on making a documentary as to what it was like for them to be a traveling game at Rezzed, without a stand.

You can sign up for the open beta or vote for it on Steam Greenlight.
I also made a little gameplay video of this game that you can check out here.
