Lighting engine tweaks, new weapons, more screenies

I’m writing this at 1:45 in the morning, and I want to go to sleep, so I’ll be terse. I messed with Lightbug, so lights actually look like lights, instead of a glowy thing drawn on top of everything. Since a computer screen emits instead of reflects light, I kinda had to go backwards from reality - light is the absence of dark, instead of dark being the absence of light. Whatever, it looks good.

I added two more weapons and tweked the existing ones, so that’s good and there’s a screenie of one of them below. Also I think I messed with the AI and stuff.

I’ve got a plan. Hurrah. But I’m not telling you because I’m tired. I’ll also probably maybe cull the screenshots later this week, because I changed the res. And I’m working on an updated background.

And somebody rated my game five with kudos on the gameplay and storyline. I’ve not added a disto yet - I mean I like the five, but…

ugg

anyways

Good night.

(that wasn’t terse)

Just as Pecaminosa's musicians #improvise this rendition of #LittleSunflower 🌻, so do we improvise with this post you're reading. 😂

What's coming out of your own improvs? 🤔

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.

Spaaaace~

These are background sprites I've created for a game I'm working on at school ^w^ Click on the post to see how the sprites connect. You won't regret it! (personally, I think it's pretty heheh)

Drawn in Piskel using my mouse. Whaddya think?

Levels' maps.

Some time ago, we posted a screenshot of the Mexico level. A curiosity about it is that, like some other scenarios of the game, it was inspired by a real landscape, The Basaltic Prisms of Santa María Regla. It is one of the natural wonders of the country!

Got some fun collectibles in our game, Path of Kami!

Ladies & gentlemen.. The Blender logo factory! I had a ton of un making this animation. I'll be making a short tutorial on picking up/dropping object in Blender for animations next week! What do you think?
