Linux/Steam Deck support (v2.1.1)

Finally! I had planned since I started this project to support all of Windows/Mac/Linux, but I've had a variety of struggles getting the Mac/Linux versions to work properly. Recently, the Construct 3 engine has introduced new tools to export modern builds to each OS separately, so I've given these a try and they appear to work.

Steam Cloud should work as expected, so your saves can carry over seamlessly between multiple PCs on different operating systems.

And yes, macOS support is still on the table. I plan to get that added eventually.

Behold, your reward for beating boss rush - this sick-as-heck 3D cutscene I threw together over the weekend!

Yeah, I know the game is mostly 2D, but I really felt like going way over the top with this game mode. I hope it paid off.

I got a little creative block working on the lake level, so I skipped ahead for a bit.

This is the Boss Rush arena event! You fight many/all bosses back-to-back here.

I decided to go crazy with 3D effects here, since it happens in a virtual reality room.

Sweet victory.

Kodon's prologue level is DONE! That's milestone 1 of 4 for completing Phase 3 and reaching Crucible's final release.

Stay tuned for more news in the coming months!

It looks like it wants something.

Sure has been a while since I posted something new, huh? Well, that's because I've been working on something big (that, and bugfixing).

Here's a little preview of that something!

Just a post to say Hi and that the project is still alive, even if I didn't post for a full year Things have been slow because MonMae's dev was working on his own game Dokimon Quest; so MonMae was on hold. Hope to see some update in the coming months.

More underwater friends :)

Rejoice! The jankiest puzzle in the game has been re-done.

It's still a little fiddly, but now the boulder's less likely to do screwy things like get stuck on a platform, or teleport you to the side on touch.

Ludum Dare 57 has started so I'm going to shelf this game for couple days to focus on the jam. While doing that, here are some new shots to show for today's #screenshotsaturday:

Presented without comment.
