News (MUST READ)


Hi Guys…

Over the past few weeks, the SOMNUS crew hasn’t much communtication, nothing is working out of the crew. People leaving etc.

The game is entering a face of mystery which the fate of this game unknown as of now. Feld the co-creator left a few weeks ago due of not wanting to work on fan games anymore which is 100% fine. The other members, i am not going to name them personally for well-being, but overall. SOMNUS has turned into a ghosttown, only one person who is living in that town and that’s me.

Over the next couple of days, i will be editing the team and fixing it up to make it run smoothly once again. I will be the only coder such i have been for the past 3 months. The undone models which we asigned for modellers to do, will be resigned to people who wish too join the crew.

If you guys are thinking the game will be cancelled, i won’t let this game ever get cancelled i have worked too hard on this game for it just too go down the drain.

In the quest for accessibility, I'm adding Resurrection Shrines for players on the 'novice' end of the platforming spectrum.

In order to unlock the power of a Shrine, you must collect 3 'Souls' from your dead corpses! (the floating blue orbs)

Back in my art school days I used to ride the 710 COPSA line from Parque Del Plata to Montevideo almost everyday. This is the Marcopolo Viaggio G4 Mercedes Benz model from the late 80s, one of the older bus models that was running on the line.
