This is a surprise... I had no idea who this character was! However, the design of this character may be based on an unused character named "Doge" from UNDERTALE.

The reason for this character's fate (as far as I know) is unknown. But, yes, Dogja is a brand-new character with no design... as of yet.

Who is Dogja?

Story:

Dogja, Vetus Ebott's Hound Dog, is a Noblewoman and former Royal Guard General who led the largest insurrection in Ebott history. She refounded Vetus Ebott and established it as the formal capital of her new Kingdom to compete with the Empire of Ebott. Her ambition is to depose the Emperor and Empress of Consort... However, she is unaware that Asgore has already dethroned himself and given all of his titles to his wife. But she does know that there is an unusual Goat wearing cloaks to conceal his identity, as well as a WANTED Monster dubbed "Tom" with this goat figure.
