Progress Report #16

Hi everyone! Here's what happened recently.

I've been making a main menu and settings menu so that the player can change the controls at the beginning of the game. I've almost finished and that should be released this week.

Here's a screenshot (screenshot taken in testplay view. Display resolution will differ from final game.)

Unfortunately there is not a lot I can show at the moment. The main menu update should be the final update to Demo 2 before I begin on the rest of the game.

I will be working on the "Nightmargin Ending" to the game, which finishes off from the shortest route in Demo 2.

Thanks again for following along :)

Samuel

Been working lately on lots of 'behind-the-scenes' boring stuff that no one really cares about, so here’s a guy playing the sax for some reason.

Heya there! I really wanted to show you all a little gameplay preview of the first boss fight i'm currently working on i hope you like it ^^

Enemies can also suddenly spawn through Realm Rifts. These Rift Spawns are going to be stronger than the ones wandering around. TBD on the enemies... #screenshotsaturday #godstear #madewithunity

Today I was setting up the location of the first boss. His name is "Father" and he is the first of the Patagonians. His task is to guard the road to the House.🛡🗡 Bookmark pre-launch page🔖🔖🔖

I have added rewards for quests so that villagers can give you something in return for your hard work helping them. 🥳

I want to know - what's your favourite quest reward?

Updated the chest in the maze, adding sound, particles and better animation. But what's in the chest?

"Our work is never over" they said.

Hi everyone! I started to create some environment props for my new video game, here is a cozy house in the forest. I'm planning to switch from Unity to Unreal... Let's see what new challenges I have to face. Made in Blender and Substance Painter.
